Good service, punctual and friendly. They explain everything in detail. The workshop service is very good, they look at your car and worry about any anomaly. Jaguar, it is Jaguar and it shows in these details. The entrance to the workshop is through the rear area They also serve other brands, land Robert, michubichi, sang-young.....

I'm not going to lie to you, I was passing through and I had to stop when I saw the big cars they have at the door. At the moment I don't even have a rearview mirror, but entering the dealership, seeing them and getting in fill your soul with joy and sorrow at the same time, depending on how much money you have. If one day they invite me to try one, I'll even make a video for you. And now, seriously, I understand that they have very good customer service and their cars, in short, do not need any presentation.

Completely new and very cozy facilities, professional and very pleasant staff, very comfortable waiting area and they even invited me to a coffee. Good location and place to park. Highly recommended.

Very poor work and an undemanding way of working with fairly loose protocols is my opinion after the experience I have had in recent weeks. I'll tell you and you judge for yourself. I left my car at the shop on a Thursday afternoon, the day before the scheduled appointment, to diagnose a small noise with the engine idling. I made it clear to them that, being a work car, it was going to cost me money every day the car was in the shop. They tell me that there may be problems with the supply of spare parts due to Brexit. On Friday they called me to tell me that they haven't found the problem, that they would need to continue on Monday (4 days of work lost). On Monday they estimate the noise at around €2,300, the car needs to change the flywheel and the clutch. I have work scheduled for the following days, when I pick up the car they tell me that there are no problems with those parts. When I go to take the car I notice that there are some new scratches on the paint of the rear bumper. They tell me not to worry, they will fix it, but it didn't occur to them to tell me before I saw it. If I take it without seeing it, I will pay for that arrangement. I make an appointment for Thursday of next week. On Wednesday they called me to tell me that one of the parts has not arrived, so I should not take the car. (2 more days of work lost because I had not taken clients for those days, it would have been better if they had given me an appointment with a greater margin to ensure I did not have problems with the supply of parts) I make a new appointment two weeks later. The afternoon before the agreed Wednesday, I brought the car to them. On Friday morning they called me to tell me that some screws were resisting and so I had to cut them and order new ones. They tell me they would arrive on Friday, most likely in time to finish fixing it that day. They arrive too late of course and the car stays there until Monday. (6 more days lost from work). I accept that the screws thing is an unexpected problem. I'm finally going to pick it up on Tuesday. The fault seems to have been fixed, the noise has gone away although it has cost me around €2,200 (not counting, of course, the 12 days of work lost). Shortly after getting in and leaving I have to go back because they haven't readjusted the windows and they don't open properly. I come back. They look at it and I leave again. I have to go back again because they were still the same. Finally the expert mechanic comes out and fixes it for me. If this thing about the windows is something common when disconnecting the battery, how come they didn't solve it before considering the vehicle fixed? In short, a different experience than I had had at other Land Rover dealerships. I make this criticism in a completely positive sense, with the intention that they review and improve their protocols and customer service.

After several incidents, in another dealership of the brand, it has been a pleasant surprise to receive such careful treatment by Rafael Campos. When you have a problem, it is appreciated that they make an effort to solve it, and in this case this worker has shown an exemplary attitude.
